These strong but soft reins measure a narrow 3/8 inch thick. This narrow width is just right for helping young riders get a good grip- they're made just for small hands and small horses! This soft rope has a slight "squish" which is great for young riders.
Includes scissor snap connections for quick tack swaps or so one side can be unsnapped quickly if a lead line is needed. Connect to bit using leather loops for a breakaway release.
Choose 5 foot for most miniature horses, or 7 foot for small riders on slightly larger ponies. This 3/8 inch diameter braid is the perfect size for riders under age 7.
