This surcingle features heavy duty poly webbing construction lined entirely with .25" thick orthopedic felt, with additional padding at withers to prevent slipping. Fully adjustable. Review Text: Thank you for your great customer service and quick replacement of a cavasson that I ordered for my very hard to fit Welsh Cob. Most equipment I have for him has been custom made or a special order. I ordered a cob size cavasson but it was too large. I returned it and promptly received a pony sized cavasson that was perfect fit! Thank you very much.
