Fix a broken halter snap, without having to replace the whole halter or sew in a replacement. This snap has a screw-in attachment bar, allowing it be be slipped into an existing nylon loop (for example when an existing snap has broken off, or stopped functioning and been removed with bolt cutters). The body of this snap is solid brass.

The post portion is 1 wide, allowing it to be used on halters with throat latches 1" or narrower.

Please note, due to costs in processing, there is a $5.00 order minimum.

"Don't Throw Away Your Broken Halter! Fix It!"

Review Text: I easily fixed a leather halter with this quick fix repair snap. The halter was in otherwise fine condition, but the hardware was missing from the lead rope ring to the leather strap that runs under the horse's jaw and attaches to the halter cheek pieces. For $2.70, the $40.00 halter is useable again and the brass matches the brass hardware of the halter. It is well worth the purchase and I'm glad they are available.
